We offer comprehensive accounting services in line with Czech legislation, which may also include other services, including the provision of regular accounting consultancy and administrative services.
Accountancy includes
- the posting of all operations on the basis of the acquired materials
- the posting of incoming and outgoing invoices, credits and other receivables and liabilities
- the posting of bank accounts and cashboxes, the preparation of payment orders
- the posting of final operations
- the inspection of documents and balance entries in account statements
- regular communication with the client concerning the appropriate accounting documents
- the preparation and posting of travel orders
- the maintenance of the asset register for accounting and tax purposes
- the preparation of records for VAT (the recording obligation)
- the preparation of monthly or quarterly trial balances, balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- the preparation of any individual reports required by the client
- regular accounting support
- the preparation of the returns for VAT, control statements and recapitulative statements
- the compilation of statistical reports and reports for banks
- the preparation of materials for inspections by state institutions
- representation during inspections at the authorities (the Tax Office, Trade Licensing Office, Czech Social Security Administration, health insurance companies)
ACCOUNTING CONSULTANCY
We offer the option of consultation and assistance from accounting specialists in the areas of:
- assistance and cooperation during an audit of the company
- notification of the legal obligations that pertain to accounting and the payment of taxes
- communication for the purpose of explaining any entries in the accounting, the annual statement, the tax return, communication with the authorities
- the resolution of any issues associated with non-standard accounting cases such as transformations, the sale (hire) of an undertaking of any part thereof, the break-off of a branch plant and so on or the preparation of opinions on any other complicated accounting cases
- assistance when preparing internal guidelines and the methodologies for internal procedures and control systems
- organising the training of your internal employees in the area of accounting
- the review and reconstruction of accounting for previous accounting periods
The preparation of financial statements and materials for legal entity income tax returns
The preparation of financial statements is one of the many responsibilities that all companies face. We compile the financial statement at the extent required by the Accounting Act:
- the compilation of financial reports, including the annex to the financial statement
- the preparation of materials for legal entity income tax returns
- a documentary inventory of the balance sheet accounts
- the preparation of the materials for an audit of the company and cooperation with the auditors
In addition to the annual financial statement, we can also draw up exceptional financial statements for you, for example as part of the process of winding up the company.
ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES
We also provide you with activities associated with the administration of your accounting and business in order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the services we provide. The scope of the services depends on the client’s requirements.
